Through our contact form, we collect the information you provide us: name, phone number, email address, town and a description of your request. This data is necessary to handle your request and to get back to you.
On the "Identify a pest" page, if you use the artificial-intelligence identification feature, the photo you submit is sent to our technical provider OpenAI (United States) solely to analyse the image and suggest an identification. This processing only takes place when you deliberately click "Identify with AI". Track Nuisibles uses an internal tool, the “Track Nuisibles” application, which connects to Google via the secure OAuth 2.0 protocol in order to manage its own Google business profile (Google Business Profile). The only permission requested is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. It is granted exclusively by a Track Nuisibles Google account: website visitors never need to connect their Google account.
Data accessed: the information on our business profile and the reviews published by our customers on that profile (rating, review text, date and the author's public name as displayed by Google), as well as our replies to those reviews.
Use: this data is used solely to read the reviews left on our profile, to publish our replies to them and, where applicable, to keep our business information up to date. It is not sold, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising, profiling or for training artificial intelligence models.
Security and revocation: the access tokens provided by Google are stored securely and are not shared with any third party. Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the myaccount.google.com/permissions page. If you are the author of a review and wish to exercise your rights, please contact us via our contact form.
Track Nuisibles' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your data is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote and arrange a possible treatment. It is never shared or resold to third parties.
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.
